The Beach opens Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 11:00am.
Hours
Hours: 11 am - 7 pm, daily (closed for inclement weather)
Reduced Hours: 11am – 5pm (August 12 – 30, 2013)
*Last day of the 2013 season is August 30th
Costs
Admission to the swim beach is $3 per day/per person (collected at the door).
**Pre-season pass sale: Buy before June 8 and save $10. Buy your pass at the extended CD office hours: Thursday, June 6 and Friday, June 7: 7:30am-7:00pm
The below prices will go up $10.00 after June 7:
Family pass (any two adults and their children): $69
Individual pass: $39
Licensed childcare pass (any two adults and up to 12 children): $109
No credit cards will be accepted at The Beach this year. If using a credit card, buy your pass online or at the Community Ed office. You can also buy your pass online 24/7.
Group rates of 10 or more: $2.50 each
**New & Improved Photo ID system: Give your assigned number and they will pull up your photo! No paper passes are used - photos are kept in their system. Photos can be mailed with registration or emailed with names clearly identified. Photos can also be taken by staff on the first visit to the Beach.

Our Beach
Pinehurst Park is a great place to go for a swim with filtered, chlorinated water and a sand-bottom. The clean, cool water is refreshing on a hot summer day. Sunbathers and children will love the sand.
Swim Areas
The zero entry is great for little ones. Swim lanes and a 6 foot center depth - for swimmers of all levels.
Facility & Activites
Changing rooms, kiddie slides, water basketball hoop, sand volleyball court,
shade umbrellas, picnic areas and concessions available. The Beach follows American Red Cross safety guidelines. Lifeguards on duty.
Beach-goers should use the buddy system and supervise young children at all times.
Only U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices may be worn in the water.
