12-Step Recovery Meetings
Cloquet Alano Club: PLACE AND SPACE FOR COMMUNITY 12 STEP MEETINGS
The Alano Society of Carlton welcomes visitors and residents to attend 12-step meetings appropriate to their recovery at the Alano Club in Cloquet, at 103 10th St. Our newly remodeled facility hosts 18 meetings a week. Additional meetings are also held across the county at other sites. Regarding the descriptions of AA and NA meetings below, the term “closed” refers to meetings whose attendance is limited to people who consider themselves to have a problem with alcoholsim or drug addiction, and the term “open’ means attendance is open to anyone affected by alcoholism or drug addition or anyone interested in learning more about these conditions. Alanon meetings are for those affected by someone elses drinking, with the term “closed” meaning attendance is limited to that population. The Alano Club phone number is 879-9884. If you are unable to reach someone at the club with questions or need transportion to a meeting, alternative contact numbers are 218-464-7369 and 218-428-0098.
