The Beach at Pinehurst Park

Our Beach
Pinehurst Park is a great place to go for a swim with filtered, chlorinated water and a sand-bottom. The Beach at Pinehurst Park is located in Cloquet, Minnesota. Just off Hwy 33 – at the intersection of 33 and Carlton Avenue.
The clean, cool water is refreshing on a hot summer day. Sunbathers and children will love the sand.

Swim Areas
The zero entry is great for little ones. Swim lanes and a 6 foot center depth – for swimmers of all levels.

Facility & Activities
Changing rooms, kiddie slides, sand volleyball court, shade umbrellas, picnic areas and concessions available.

Safety
The Beach follows American Red Cross safety guidelines. Lifeguards on duty.
Beach-goers should use the buddy system and supervise young children
at all times.
All swimmers, age 11 and under, will be required to wear a life jacket outside of the slide areas (canoe & frog). Ages 9-11 may test out of life jacket requirement, or show their level 4 certificate issued by Cloquet Community Ed.

Only U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices may be worn in the water.
6 years and under need to be supervised by an adult that is in the water with them.
12 years and up can come alone. Please swim with a buddy.
