All swimmers age 11 and under must wear a life jacket outside of the Canoe and Frog Slide areas. Ages 9-11 may pass a swim test to swim without a life jacket.

Beach Passes – No need to carry a pass around! – Your pass is kept in our software. You will check in each day you attend.
Our Beach
Pinehurst Park is a great place to go for a swim with filtered, chlorinated water and a sand-bottom.
The clean, cool water is refreshing on a hot summer day. Sunbathers and children will love the sand.
Swim Areas
The zero entry is great for little ones. Swim lanes and a 6 foot center depth – for swimmers of all levels.
Facility & Activities
Changing rooms, kiddie slides, sand volleyball court, shade umbrellas, picnic areas and concessions available.
Safety
The Beach follows American Red Cross safety guidelines. Lifeguards on duty.
Beach-goers should use the buddy system and supervise young children
at all times.
All swimmers, age 11 and under, will be required to wear a life jacket outside of the slide areas (canoe & frog). Ages 9-11 may test out of the life jacket requirement, or show their Level 4 certificate issued by Cloquet Community Ed.
